We deliver Australia-wide (yep, even remote areas — they might just take a little longer).

Standard (3–7 business days) is available.
Free shipping kicks in when you hit our clean-club minimum spend.

Orders are packed and sent out within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
You’ll get a tracking email once your order’s on the move.

Sometimes couriers take a detour — weather, public holidays, or remote locations can slow things down a touch.

If your order’s missing or arrives damaged, email hello@guardianau.com within 3 days (include photos if needed). We’ll sort it.
